A world-class hospitality experience on the Liverpool Plains, NSW – a unique Australian landscape and a powerhouse agricultural region making it the perfect place to celebrate agriculture through a unique culinary experience.
Proudly supported by Pursehouse Rural, The Dinner Party at Windy Station was held
outdoors to showcase a Latin American menu cooked over fire, inspired by Atticus Hospitality’s restaurants Tequila Mockingbird, Paddington; Esteban, Sydney; and Casa Esquina, Balmain. Renowned chefs from the Sydney-based hospitality group were onsite to deliver a four-course, shared menu to one hundred guests.
