Established in 2018, VC Events has contracted and collaborated with a range of national and international organisations, brands and events right across Australia.

Whether it’s start-to-finish event management, or specified aspects of major events, our extensive event experience and passion for every little detail will always impress, ensuring your needs are executed with the highest attention to detail.

Trucking, flying, driving and shipping in supplies is second nature as we ensure your dream event comes to life as envisaged and planned – going that extra mile is all part of the package.

As passionate advocates for agriculture and rural Australia, VC Events hopes to continue to evolve the agritourism industry through unique and bucket list events.

Ginnie Hope-Johnstone – Director

Ginnie grew up in regional Victoria before completing a Bachelor of Business – Event Management and a Bachelor of Arts – Sport Administration at Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia.

Ginnie is an experienced event professional and has gained a wealth of knowledge from working at some of Australia’s leading sports management, marketing and event organisations; the Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC), Victoria Racing Club (VRC) and The Legacy Agency (TLA).

Through these organisations, Ginnie has worked on some of Australia’s biggest events including the Boxing Day Test, Melbourne Cup Carnival and AFL Grand Final.

She has worked alongside an abundance of media organisations, personalities, professional athletes and international corporate sponsors.  It was here where she refined her skills in the key areas of marketing, communications, event management, logistics and contract administration.

Ginnie more recently went on to spend two years in the Northern Territory working for the Australian Agricultural Company (AACo) and Consolidated Pastoral Company (CPC) on remote cattle stations, making her a passionate advocate for agriculture and rural Australia.

Upon returning home to Victoria, Ginnie united her passion for events and agriculture…and VC Events was born.
