World-class hospitality experience coming to the Liverpool Plains this May
The agritourism team at Windy Staton has teamed up with two powerhouse collaborators
to deliver a world-class hospitality experience on the Liverpool Plains through The Dinner
Party at Windy Station.
Presented by Windy Station and The Paddock by VC Events, The Dinner Party is the second
instalment in Windy Station’s intimate culinary tourism series which was launched in
September, 2024. General tickets for the inaugural event sold out within two hours of going
on sale.
Proudly supported by Pursehouse Rural, The Dinner Party at Windy Sta0on will be heading
outdoors this Autumn to showcase a Latin American menu cooked over fire, inspired by
Atticus Hospitality’s restaurants Tequila Mockingbird, Paddington; Esteban, Sydney; and Casa
Esquina, Balmain. Renowned chefs from the Sydney-based hospitality group will be onsite to
deliver a four-course, shared menu to one hundred guests over two special events on
Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 May.
The event is being co-presented with The Paddock by VC Events, an events company
specialising in outdoor events that celebrate Australian food and fibre. The team has
coordinated events in some of the most exclusive and picturesque locations across the
country.
“The Liverpool Plains is a unique Australian landscape and a powerhouse agricultural region,
so it’s the perfect place to celebrate agriculture through a unique culinary experience,” said
Ginnie Hope-Johnstone, Director at VC Events.
“We are so excited to be back this Autumn,” said Clare Lee, Manager of Agritourism at
Windy Station. “Windy Station is a working farm, so it’s not always open to the public. We have so much interest about what we do here from people right across the country, so The Dinner Party is the perfect opportunity for us to throw the gates open and give our guests a unique, behind-
the-scenes insight.
“By collaborating with suppliers of the calibre of Atticus Hospitality and The Paddock by VC
Events, we know that our guests will have an experience that’ll stay with them long after
they exit our gates.”
Tickets will be available to Windy Station website subscribers through a presale next
Wednesday 12 March, with all remaining tickets available to the public on Wednesday 19
March, 2025.
