Who We Are..

Ginnie Hope-Johnstone – Director

Ginnie grew up in regional Victoria with a love for country life and big ideas. After completing university degrees in Event Management and Sport Administration in Melbourne, she cut her teeth working on some of Australia’s most iconic events from the Boxing Day Test to the Melbourne Cup Carnival and AFL Grand Final, at leading organisations such as the MCC, VRC and TLA.

Her experience spans across media, sponsorship, logistics and marketing, shaped by years alongside professional athletes, broadcasters and major national and international brands.

But it was her time living and working on remote cattle stations in the Northern Territory that truly shaped her, deepening her connection to the land and rural Australia.

Bringing together a passion for events and agriculture, VC Events was born. A business built on passion, hustle and a deep understanding of what makes moments matter.
