BIRDSVILLE RACES

VC Events has been working with the Birdsville Race Club since 2018 on their annual race meet that’s on everyone’s bucket list. The iconic Birdsville Races, known as the ‘Melbourne Cup of Outback Racing’ is one not to be missed. Established 1882. and taking place on the first weekend of September each year, it is the perfect excuse for a road trip through the heart of Australia.

The week is filled with fun activities for punters including fun runs, sporty nights, a cocktail party, race days on both Friday and Saturday, Fashions on the Field, Trackside Marquees and plenty of live entertainment, all helping to raise much needed funding for The Royal Flying Doctor Service.

MOUNT WILLIAM POLO

Held bi-annually at the private grounds of Mount William Station in Western Victoria, the Mount William Polo is a family fun day out. A VIP field-side marquee, cafe, long lunch and car boot picnics can all be found at the beautiful setting with the Grampians in the background.
