The Paddock x Windy Station
Saturday January 8, 2022
4.00pm – 8.00pm
Windy Station, Windy Rd, Pine Ridge NSW
In conjunction with The Plains Sunflower Trail
Join us for a sunset dinner amongst the Windy Station sunflower crop on the Liverpool Plains. A unique opportunity to visit a privately run corporate station with a mass planting of sunflowers that will be in full bloom.
You will be greeted with a refreshing beverage to take with you on a walking tour through the crop. Take a mass of photos with you and your friends and learn about the process of planting, growing out the crop, how they’re harvested and getting them to market. You’ll learn what their main use is on Windy Station and the many ways they can be consumed or utilised. There’s plenty to learn straight from the paddock.
Following on from an informative crop tour, you will be greeted with more refreshing drinks before taking a seat at our long table in the crop. A picturesque and exclusive setting surrounded by sunflowers taller than your seat. A two-course grazing feast will be served at the table using local produce and paired with carefully selected wines by our chef.
Enjoy the sun setting over the crop as you wine and dine the evening away with great food, great company and an even better surrounding.
Limited tickets available – run don’t walk as they won’t last long.
Tickets on sale December 1, 2021 – January 1, 2022 unless sold out prior.
