Cotton On Group’s International Conference
The Cotton On international warehouse managers annual conference was looking to mix things up, get out of the boardroom and give their managers from all around the world a taste of Australia.
As they flew in from every corner of the globe, they were chauffeured out to Barunah Plains Sheep Station in Western Victoria, rich in Australian merino wool history.
Being a short 30-minute drive from Geelong, it allowed for day trips from their key stakeholders to come and guest speak and welcome them all to Australia.
The conference saw 32 managers come together with presentations in the bluestone wool shed, breakaway sessions in the surrounding paddocks, a spot of clay target shooting over the lake, cuddle some merino lambs and do a day trip to their new warehouse nearby.
All whilst staying at the renovated Barunah Plains shearers quarters and cottage; and having every meal fully catered in the quarters dining room.
The perfect link between a global clothing organisation and where the premium wool utilised in their garments is grown.
“My team from the Cotton On Group used VC Events to help coordinate our conference for 32 people on this beautiful property and provided us with a service second-to-none! The value in having Ginnie onboard was priceless – the team had a wonderful time and we all got to experience a little bit of Australia’s history in the form of a sheep station set in the beautiful western district of Victoria.” – The Cotton On Group
